As per the Stay at Home 2.0 Retail guidelines as laid out by the State of New Hampshire,
Colonial Bicycle Company is enforcing the following policies:
Obey all posted signage, entry and exit paths.
Please wait in the designated area until you are assisted.
One customer per employee, be patient and wait in line outside.
Obey the 6ft Social Distance rule.
NO Browsing. Please refrain from handling merchandise. Sales staff will do so for you.
NO “Try Ons”.
NO Test Rides, bike stand over for sizing purposes only.
Respecting these guidelines now, helps ensure that we are here to serve you in the future.
Feel free to shop on our website & order product in store or curbside pick up.
Non-Contact Bicycle Service Drop Off
Please email our Service Manager to schedule your appointment josh@colonialbicycle.com
Drop Off Windows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm
Leave your bike in the designated spots in the front of the store
Tag your bike with the following: Name, Phone, Email and description of issues/desired service plan.
We will tag and sanitize your bike as soon as you leave.
The Service Department will be in contact with you, via email, within 24 hours with assessment of the repair.
Pickups for completed repairs will be available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11a - 3p and Saturday 10a - 1p.
