At Colonial Bicycle Company, we are taking precautions to make sure our customers and our employees stay healthy. We are constantly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and we encourage all to practice social distancing and to stay at home as much as possible. We are all in this together and it will take hard work from everyone to beat this virus.
We have made the difficult decision to close for regular business temporarily, but will be monitoring the situation carefully.

According to CDC guidelines, we ask that if you have been sick or are experiencing symptoms, please use your best judgement and refrain from visiting the shop. We know these are anxious times but this is for everyone's health and safety. We want to be able to continue providing sales and service to our customers without having to shut down completely.

Non-Contact Bicycle Service Drop Off

- Drop Off Windows: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00am - 3:00pm
- Leave your bike in the space between our double doors.
- Tag your bike with the following: Name, Phone, Email and description of issues/desired service plan.
- We will grab your bike as soon as you leave, thoroughly clean and sanitize.
- The Service Department will be in contact with the customer, via email, within 24 hours with assessment of the repair.
- Pickups for completed repairs will only be available during our Saturday Pick-Up Window, 10:00am - 1:00pm.

Personal Shopping Experiences
