New England Mountain Bike Association

NEMBA

NEMBA is a recreational trails advocacy organization with 25 chapters throughout New England. Their mission is to promote the best that mountain biking has to offer, by recreate and preserve open space into trail systems. Colonial Bicycle Company supports the efforts of NEMBA and encourages other riders and outdoor enthusiasts to volunteer and join in on rides, trail care events, social events and chapter meetings.

International Mountain Bicycling Association

The International Mountain Biking Association is a non profit focused on improving mountain bike trails across the world. IMBA is responsible for many of the beautiful mountain bike trails that exist in Alabama today. Colonial Bicycle Company donates $10 from every full-suspension mountain bike purchase to IMBA, raising several thousand dollars per year.

People For Bikes

People for Bikes

People for Bikes strives to connect millions of riders and create a single powerful voice for bicycling. PeopleForBikes alerts members of issues in their local area and suggests ways to take action while they work with city, state, and national decision makers to encourage cost-effective investments in bicycling that will benefit our local communities. Colonial Bicycle Company encourages people to sign up for PeopleForBikes if they are looking for a way to get involved with improving cycling in the community.


League of American Bicyclists

League of American Bicyclists

The League of American Bicyclists represents bicyclists in the movement to create 28 safer roads, stronger communities, and a bicycle-friendly America. Colonial Bicycle Company donates $1 from every helmet purchased in our store to their Bicycle-Friendly America initiative and encourages their customers to get involved with the League.
